Featured Pet
John Boy
John Boy arrived at Horse Creek on January 15, 2026. With his adorable looks and expressive face, we believe he may be a Boxer/Boston Terrier mix—giving him the perfect blend of spunk, sweetness, and smarts.
This sweet, energetic youngster lights up every day here at Horse Creek with his happy spirit and big heart. He adores spending time with our volunteers—whether he’s soaking up attention, trotting along beside them, or showing off his playful personality. In our fenced play yards, he is in his element. He loves romping with other dogs and is always ready for a good game or a friendly chase. His joyful energy makes him a favorite among his playgroup pals.
John Boy is ready to bring laughter, love, and lively companionship to a family of his own. If you’re looking for a dog who will brighten your days and fill your home with joy, this boy is waiting for you.
