Tinker was born at Horse Creek on October 1, 2021, after her mother, Birdie, was rescued from the animal shelter. Most of her siblings have since been adopted, but Tinker is still waiting for the right family to see her for the special girl she is.

She has always been a shy, cautious dog, and she can be standoffish when meeting new people. Tinker was born deaf, but that has never slowed her down — she enjoys exploring, playing, and spending time with the dogs she feels comfortable around. Once she feels safe, her sweet, gentle nature begins to show.

Tinker will need a patient, understanding family who can give her time to decompress and warm up at her own pace. For the person willing to earn her trust, she will return that devotion in the most meaningful way.
