Horse Creek Wildlife Sanctuary and Animal Refuge is located in Hardin County, Tennessee, about ten miles south of the scenic town of Savannah. It is convenient to the Pickwick State Park Recreation Area on the beautiful Tennessee River and to Shiloh National Military Park, an historic Civil War battlefield.

Horse Creek Wildlife Sanctuary and Animal Refuge offers educational day trips to school groups. In addition we offer facilities for qualified civic, community, and church organizations for meetings and picnics. Facilities are available by appointment only, and a refundable deposit is required at the time the reservation is made.

Camping is available at Horse Creek Wildlife Sanctuary for qualified groups. These include Boy Scouts, Girls Scouts, Cub Scouts, and other groups trained in outdoor skills.
